After having scoured the internet for a good hex editor for DOS or Windows, I found this great one. This one is for Windows and, best of all, it's freeware. It has a nice GUI with bookmarks, jump-to-address feature, and notepad-like copying and pasting. It also has synchronous cursors in both ASCII and hexidecimal data fields. The replace all feature works better than in any word processor. It is a recommended download for anyone who can use it.
