I released this program to the public after deciding that the world needed a program to generate a list of prime numbers (numbers whose only factors are themselves and one). I used QBasic and FirstBasic, but also GW-BASIC. It runs pretty fast, at about 400-500 kb of ascii text output per minute. The source code is included.
