This is a batch file compiler, used as a command-line tool, which changes batch files (.BAT) into executable files (.COM). Compiled batch files run faster and are better-behaved than regular batch files; no command is echoed (unless you specifically use the ECHO command) and annoying hotkeys are not implemented.
